We all know that having family pictures taken can sometimes be stressful, especially for us moms! But Karen exudes a calming and optimistic energy that not only put us all at ease, she has repeatedly been able to capture the most sincere smiles from my kiddos! The natural setting and fun, easy atmosphere that Karen creates has made getting family pics taken actually fun! (And I love how she always grabs a couple pictures of my husband and me...I'm always thinking of the kids, but then I'm so happy for a beautiful moment with my husband.) Policies
1. Your $200 sitting fee is due at the time of booking. The balance is due the day of your consultation.
2. Cancellation within 14 days of your session is NON REFUNDABLE.
3. Your gallery will be available to download for for 14 days after it is posted. These will be high resolution files for printing.
4. All images in your gallery will be fully edited. Extensive additional editing such as head swapping or body slimming will incur an additional fee of $25.00 per image.
5. You will have the opportunity to order photography products from my professional printer through your gallery. Karen Anderson Photography is not responsible for those products and any issues are to be addressed with the printer.
6. A selection of photos from your session will be posted on Karen Anderson social media platforms unless you specifically request differently.
7. Feel free to re-share your images from my Facebook and Instagram feeds. Please keep the logo intact & no filters or alteration of photos is allowed.
8. Karen Anderson Photography reserves the right to use images for display, publication or other purposes.
9. If you are sick, please contact me as soon as possible! I know that emergencies occur. However, if there is no phone call or you are a no show, your photography fee will NOT be refunded and rescheduling will be denied.
10. In the event of rain, your session will be re-scheduled for the next available session date. I will contact you 1 hour prior to your scheduled time to cancel.
11. Sessions will NOT be rescheduled for hot or cold weather.
12. Your session allows for 2 hours of photography. If you are late, that will cut into your 2 hours. Extra time will not be added.
13. Masks are not required at photo sessions. If it makes you more comfortable, Karen and her assistant will wear a mask. Please specify at your consultation.
