Let me start by saying that I know family pictures can be a bit stressful, but we are going to change all that! I LOVE capturing the love between a family, so our session together is going to change your perception of "family pictures". The most important factor in a family photoshoot is that everyone is having FUN. That is how we get authentic smiles and genuine interaction between you and your children that truly highlight the love you share. Most of my clients show up to their family photoshoot a little stressed and apprehensive and leave telling me how fun their session was! I have had many clients thank me, not just for beautiful pictures, but for creating such a memorable family experience.
So how do we make family pictures a pleasure instead of a pain?
First of all, I am going to help you plan all of the preparation details during our consultation such as what your family is going to wear and the location of our session. Then I am going to take some time to find out the individual personalities of your family members. Who is the clown? Who is shy? Who hates getting their picture taken? I am also going to find out the special relationships within your famliy. Is there a Daddy's girl? Are there some siblings who like to pick on each other? Is your pet especially attached to one of your family members? All of these details help me to customize your family photoshoot to maximize the fun, avoid the drama and create timeless images that will truly reflect the love of your family.
Your family session will last up to 2 hours. We are going to get pictures of the entire family, pictures of the kids together, individual pictures of each child, pictures of Mom and Dad together (those are always special) and then any combinations that you would like such as Mom with the kids and Dad with the kids. You will have my undivided attention for the duration of your session, so we can do anything you want! Some of our photos are going to be classic posed pictures and some are going to be very spontaneous and relaxed.
Within three weeks of your session you will get a link to your online gallery. Your gallery will contain a link to download all of your image files. If you choose, you will also have the opportunity to order photography products.
